F&B Assistant

£ symbol12.71 per hour + monthly service charge & excellent benefits

Ready to help create memorable dining experiences for every guest?

If you love meeting people, enjoy delivering exceptional customer service and thrive in a busy hotel environment, we’d love to hear from you.

At Sarova Hotels, we’re a family-run collection of hotels where people genuinely matter. We believe that when we look after our team, they’ll look after our guests. That’s why we invest in our people, support career development and create an environment where everyone feels valued, encouraged and able to grow.

As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our guests’ experience. Working across our Brasserie Restaurant & Bar and our Meeting & Events spaces, you’ll provide friendly, attentive service and use your knowledge of our food and drink to help every guest make the most of their visit.

No two shifts are the same. You might be serving breakfast in the Brasserie, recommending drinks at the bar or helping an event run smoothly. Whatever the occasion, you’ll deliver the genuine hospitality and excellent service Sarova is known for.

The Role

Working on a casual basis across mornings, evenings and weekends, you’ll help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere while delivering excellent food and beverage service.

You’ll take the time to recognise and engage with our guests, develop your knowledge of our menus, products and services, and confidently recommend options that enhance their experience.

You’ll also work closely with colleagues to deliver a smooth service, maintain high standards of cleanliness and ensure all hygiene, health and safety requirements are consistently met.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality and genuinely enjoys helping people. Previous experience serving food and drink in a quality hotel, restaurant or other customer-facing environment would be an advantage, but it’s your attitude and commitment to excellent service that matter most.

You’ll be friendly, approachable and confident communicating with guests from a wide range of backgrounds. You’ll have a professional appearance, a naturally warm manner and the confidence to recommend products and services.

Most importantly, you’ll enjoy working as part of a team, bring a proactive and positive attitude to every shift and be willing to learn, contribute and grow.

Why join Sarova Hotels?

Whether you’re looking to begin your career in hospitality or develop new skills, we’ll give you the support, encouragement and opportunities to help you succeed.
