Are you an early riser who loves creating a great start to the day?

If you're passionate about cooking, take pride in preparing high-quality breakfasts, and enjoy working as part of a friendly kitchen team, we'd love to hear from you.

At Sarova Hotels, we're a family-run collection of hotels where people genuinely matter. We believe that when we look after our team, they'll look after our guests. That's why we invest in our people, support career development, and create an environment where everyone feels valued, encouraged and able to grow.

Breakfast is one of the most important parts of our guests' stay, and as our Breakfast Chef, you'll play a key role in ensuring every morning starts with delicious food, excellent presentation and outstanding service. Working alongside our talented kitchen team, you'll prepare and cook a wide range of breakfast dishes while helping maintain the high standards our guests expect.

If you enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen, have a passion for fresh food and take pride in delivering consistently high standards, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

The Role

Working 40 hours per week across any 5 days out of 7, you'll be responsible for preparing, cooking and presenting our breakfast offering to the highest standard, ensuring guests receive an exceptional dining experience every morning.
This is an early morning role, with shifts typically starting between 5:30am and 6:00am and finishing early afternoon. Weekend and bank holiday working is required as part of the rota.
You'll also assist with food preparation for later services where required and work closely with the wider kitchen team to ensure the kitchen operates efficiently and safely.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who enjoys cooking and takes pride in producing quality food. You'll be organised, reliable and able to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining excellent attention to detail.

Why join Sarova Hotels?
