We’re seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our hotel team, working closely with the Senior Housekeeping Supervisor and reporting to the Deputy General Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for maintaining high standards and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Shifts are 7am - 3:30pm or 8am - 4:30pm weekdays, and 8am - 4:30pm or 9am - 5:30pm on weekends.

As a Housekeeping Supervisor you will have...
- Previous 4* hotel Housekeeping experience working at supervisory level.
- Exceptional attention to detail and desire to maintain high standards.
- Proven ability to effectively manage a team and build strong relationships with other departments
- The ability to plan and organise effectively, manage situations and problem solve.
- Good computer skills, Opera would be an advantage
- An excellent command of written & spoken English and be customer focused.
- Ability to work any 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis including early mornings and weekends
What will I be doing as a Housekeeping Supervisor?
- Assisting the Head Housekeeper by completing daily cleaning schedules and allocating sections.
- Supervising the Room Attendant's work, inspecting all bedrooms on completion.
- Helping to motivate, coach and train the room attendants and porters.
- Liaising with the Reception team to ensure that all special requests from guests are carried out.
- Maintaining close links with the maintenance team to ensure any maintenance faults are quickly rectified.
- Ensuring that daily training is delivered to the team and coaching is carried out as required in order to maintain standards.
- Carrying out stock takes of the Linen and cleaning stores.
- Attending training & completing e-learning modules to improve your skills and aid your development
