Opened in 1688 as a coaching inn, the picturesque hotel combines warm British hospitality with modern comforts. Located in the countryside. The Bull is easily accessible by train or car.
We are looking for positive and friendly individuals who will be available evening and weekends. Due to the nature of the business you must be able to work until 2am on function nights. As part of the busy Food & Beverage Team, you will be required to work in all areas, Meeting & Events, Bar Lounge and Restaurant areas. This is not a full time position; hours will be according to business needs.
Our Food & Beverage Team is at the heart of our business, providing excellent levels of service of food and beverages to our guests throughout the hotel. This is a customer facing role so you must be a confident and well-presented individual with a warm way with people.

As Food and Beverage Assistant you will have...
- Previous experience serving food and drink in a customer facing role

What will I be doing as Food and Beverage Assistant?
- Providing a warm welcome and delivering excellent levels of service to our customers.
- Assisting with the service delivery for weddings, events and parties
- Helping our customers to enjoy their experience by using your knowledge of our products & services
- Being proactive in upselling all aspects of the department.
- Ensuring your work area is well maintained and meets all health and safety regulations
- Working well with your other team members to ensure a smooth service and high team morale.
- Attending training & completing e-learning modules to improve your skills and aid your development.
