An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Receptionist to join the friendly and professional Front Office team at our 4-star hotel in Windsor.
Working 8-hour shifts, our early shift starts at 7am and our late shift finishes at 10:45pm. You must be flexible to work 5 days out of 7, including weekends and bank holidays.
As part of our Front Office team, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests. You will play a key role in delivering outstanding service, ensuring every guest enjoys a warm welcome and a memorable stay.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a hotel or hospitality environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A high standard of spoken and written English
• A professional appearance, confident manner, and friendly personality
• The ability to use initiative, work independently, and remain calm under pressure
• A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to learn and develop
Key Responsibilities
• Delivering a warm and professional welcome to all guests and visitors
• Managing smooth check-ins and check-outs using the Opera system
• Handling guest enquiries, requests, and complaints in a prompt and professional manner
• Communicating effectively with Housekeeping and Maintenance to resolve any issues
• Ensuring excellent communication between guests, callers, and all hotel departments
• Liaising with the Reservations Team and taking bookings out of hours
• Actively promoting hotel facilities and services
• Working closely with colleagues to ensure high service standards and strong team morale
