We are looking for an enthusiastic and hands on Assistant F&B Services Manager to join our Food & Beverage team. 

Working any 5 days out of 7, including weekends and bank holidays. Early shifts are typically 7am – 3:30pm and late shifts 3pm – 11:30pm, however flexibility with shifts is essential.

 

This is a predominantly floor-based role, focused on supporting the restaurant operation and leading the team from the front. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while supporting the wider Food & Beverage department, including Meetings & Events operations and Duty Manager responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day running of the restaurant operation
  • Lead, motivate and support the F&B team during service
  • Deliver outstanding guest service and ensure high operational standards
  • Assist with Meetings & Events service delivery as required
  • Handle guest queries and resolve issues professionally
  • Complete Duty Manager shifts across the property
  • Support training, coaching and development of team members
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and company procedures

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has previous supervisory or management experience within hospitality or Food & Beverage
  • Leads by example and enjoys being operationally involved on the floor
  • Has excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Is flexible, reliable and customer-focused
  • Has a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences
