Wrens Club Cleaner

We are seeking an experienced Cleaner to join our team on a casual basis, working a minimum of 16 hours (2 days) per week. Shifts will include weekends and bank holidays, with start times of 7:30am on weekends and 8:30am on weekdays.

Our Wrens Club Cleaners play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness throughout our Club area, ensuring an exceptional experience for all guests.

About You
As our Wrens Club Cleaner, you will have:
• Previous experience as a Cleaner or Room Attendant in a similar environment
• Strong self-motivation, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail and high standards of presentation and hygiene
• Good verbal communication skills
• The physical capability to carry out cleaning duties, including lifting, bending, and working at both low and high levels
• Flexibility to work across a 7-day operation, adapting to business needs

Key Responsibilities
• Clean all Wrens Club facilities to a consistently high standard, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction
• Maintain clean, organised, and well-stocked cleaning storage areas and workspaces
• Assist guests with enquiries about the hotel and its facilities in a professional and knowledgeable manner
• Carry out all duties safely and securely, following relevant procedures
