We are currently recruiting for C&B Group Billing Coordinator to join our Truly Talented team.

Your Role:

C&B Group Billing Coordinator will be responsible for delivering all admin and operational tasks behind the scenes in order to assist the front of house teams, in delivering bespoke guest experiences whilst supporting the planning manager and group sales manager.
Key point of contact, communicator and executive voice in customer journey, the role of a group’s coordinator uses cross-functional knowledge and works closely with all departments in the hotel whilst being able to action all administrative tasks and supporting the operation function of the hotel.

Responsibilities of the role will include but are not limited to:

  • Prepare and issue contracts and pro forma invoices based on business needs;
  • Assisting in handling new enquires by phone and e-mail;
  • Handling deposits and maximizing room revenue;
  • Update rooming list with precision;
  • Assumes responsibility to gather information about each guest in order to update client database and makes proactive use of guest details to provide a truly personal service;
  • Responds to customer enquiries and delivers to an exceedingly high standard;
  • Ensures all payments are taken and actioned as necessary for pre-payments, online extranet payments, ogone and guest payments are seamless;
  • Performs all other duties as required.
