About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially minded Revenue Executive to support our Revenue Management team across a diverse hotel portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in revenue management within a fast-paced hospitality environment.
You will play a key role in optimising pricing, inventory, and performance reporting, while ensuring system accuracy and delivering valuable insights to support commercial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Support Revenue Managers with daily rate and inventory updates across systems (PMS, CRS, channel managers)
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly revenue performance reports
- Monitor pickup, pace, and market demand, identifying risks and opportunities
- Maintain system accuracy across rates, room types, mapping, and rate parity
- Conduct competitor rate shopping and track market activity
- Support forecasting and budgeting processes through data preparation and analysis
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Reservations, Operations, and Marketing teams
- Assist in commercial meeting preparation and follow-up actions
- Promote collaboration, accountability, and efficiency across the commercial function
- Help ensure clarity of roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes
Skills & Experience Required
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and confidence working with data
- Understanding of key hotel revenue metrics (ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, segmentation)
- Experience with hospitality systems (PMS, CRS, RMS, channel managers) preferred
- Previous experience with branded hotels (e.g. Marriott, Hilton, IHG) is advantageous
- Strong communication and organisational skills
