As an Health Club Manager at Hilton Cardiff, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the health club while delivering exceptional experiences to our guests and members. You'll oversee day-to-day operations, manage the team, and contribute to achieving revenue targets.

Your responsibilities include:

- The Health Club Manager will be responable in managing operations efficiently to uphold high standards.
- Supporting and motivating team members to provide top-notch service and fostering their professional development.
- Leading the way in recruitment, training, and ongoing coaching of the team.
- Contributing to meeting revenue targets and adhering to the department's annual budget.
- Handling customer feedback effectively to drive continuous improvement in services and programs.
- Ensuring compliance with audit requirements for continual enhancement.
- Coordinating with other hotel departments to streamline processes and enhance guest experiences.
- Guaranteeing consistent, personalized service delivery to customers and guests.
- Maintaining security protocols regarding cash, stock, and equipment while enforcing club rules and safety regulations.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

- Prior supervisory experience in the leisure sector, demonstrating your leadership capabilities.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain excellent grooming standards.
- Eagerness to nurture team members' growth and your own professional development.
- Flexibility to adapt to various work scenarios and work effectively both independently and within a team.
- An inclination towards delivering outstanding customer service and closing sales, coupled with a passion for the fitness industry.
- Relevant qualifications in fitness and pool management, along with a proven track record of meeting financial targets.
