The ideal person for this role will be a true epicurean – a food and drink enthusiast, who maintains a solid and up-to-date understanding of the restaurant and bar scene.

This is a casual role, with various flexible hours available to suit your lifestyle.

You will be expected to maintain the highest standards of hospitality and service in the bar and surroundings areas.

Have in-depth knowledge of wines, cocktails and speciality drinks and take pride in learning our food menu as well. Enjoy engaging with guests, getting to know our regulars and learning to anticipate their needs.

You’ll work in a busy and hardworking team environment, working behind the bar for many difference events from birthday parties to corporate dinners, where you’ll continually learn and develop.

The core skills and experience required to succeed

Truly passionate about the Hospitality Industry;
Previous experience as a bartender in a busy environment ;
Excellent personal presentation;
Good understanding of food hygiene and health & safety procedures;
Ability to function independently with a minimum of supervision;
Excellent communication skills, the ability to communicate verbally and in writing ;
To be an enthusiastic team player with a flexible approach.

You must have the right to work in the UK to be eligible for this role. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from all candidates prior to commencing employment.
