The Role:
As a Senior Sales Executive reporting to the Revenue Manager/General Manager, you will be at the forefront of expanding our business footprint in Salford/Manchester. You’ll research, identify, and pursue the right opportunities to grow revenue streams across the hotel. Your ability to hunt for new business, build lasting client relationships, and work collaboratively within a team will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
• Develop and implement targeted sales strategies tailored to each hotel’s strengths and market position.
• Proactively prospect and qualify leads across corporate, events, and leisure segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Work closely with the Director of Sales and Revenue Manager to align sales efforts with business objectives.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Attend networking events, FAM trips and industry exhibitions to promote our hotels and expand your network.

 

What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in sales, ideally within the hospitality sector.
• Hungry to seek out, chase, and win new business.
• Strong research skills with a natural ability to identify and pursue the right business opportunities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results driven.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and properties.
• A passion for hospitality and a customer-focused mindset.

You must have the right to work in the UK to be eligible for this role. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from all candidates prior to commencing employment.
