Job Description
As a passionate and skilled Spa Therapist, you will embody our commitment to excellence, delivering bespoke face and body therapies that restore, relax, and rejuvenate. From immersive Hammam and Rasul rituals to tailored wellness experiences, your expertise will ensure every guest feels cared for, understood, and inspired.
You will elevate the guest experience from the moment of welcome through to aftercare, offering warm, professional interactions, guided spa journeys, and knowledgeable recommendations that extend the benefits of each treatment beyond the spa.
With a keen eye for detail and a natural flair for luxury retail, you will confidently recommend personalised treatment enhancements and retail products, contributing to revenue targets while always placing guest satisfaction at the forefront.
Excellence is reflected in your standards. You will maintain calm, immaculate treatment spaces, upholding the highest levels of hygiene, safety, and wellbeing in line with five-star expectations. As part of a close-knit spa team, you will work collaboratively with reception and spa butler colleagues, stepping in wherever needed to ensure seamless operations and an exceptional luxury experience for every guest.
What we are looking for:
- Recognised spa or beauty therapy qualifications (NVQ Level 3, CIDESCO, CIBTAC, or equivalent)
- Proven experience within a luxury spa or five-star hospitality environment
- Expertise in holistic therapies, body treatments, and ritual-based wellness experiences
- A genuine passion for wellness, impeccable grooming standards, and a guest-first mindset
- Strong retail awareness with confident, engaging communication skills
