The Bull Inn, Faversham, is a wonderful example of a traditional, warm and welcoming pub that has had the community at the heart of the business since the beginning of time. Due to retirement, it is on the market for the very first time in over twenty-nine years, so it is now looking for new tenants that can navigate it confidently into its next chapter.

Sports plays a large part in the day-to-day business at the Bull, SKY sports is televised on the multiple TV screens and several darts teams and a football team visit on a weekly basis. A weekly quiz league takes place on a Tuesday evening, occasional karaoke and live bands are well received by locals and the pubs layout lends itself to hosting regular private parties and events.

Internally at the Bull you will find an L-shaped trade area with a feature servery set across both the main bar for approx.30 covers and the saloon bar for 25 covers. There is a small trade kitchen which is not currently utilised with outdoor storage and fridge/freezers space.

To the front of the property you will find a patio area with seating for 20 covers, to the rear of the site is a large garden with a paved patio area and grassed garden for approx.60/70 covers and there is plenty of external storage buildings and sheds.

The sizeable tenant’s private accommodation includes four large double bedrooms, a lounge/diner, kitchen, office and bathroom. There is a private driveway and potential to reinstate a small private patio garden.

So that the Bull can put its best foot forward when it steps in to its next chapter, a refurbishment scheme is planned for early July 2026, to tie in with a new operator. It is looking for a devoted, community-spirited operator that will retain the existing wet custom, but at the same time expand the sales and introduce a simple, traditional style food offer.
