Set at the heart of the residential suburb of Twydall, the Dewdrop is a wet led, community pub located between Gillingham and Rainham in Kent.

Open seven days a week, the Dewdrop is the only pub located on the estate, it provides an abundance of community spirit and a warm and friendly welcome to the locals that pop by on a daily basis, regular visitors from the surrounding towns or those just popping by to support their favourite bands. It is a family and dog friendly pub that sees a steady stream of custom, particularly during the late afternoon and early evening periods. It is home to a pool team that play every Tuesday evening, it hosts live music and bands, quiz nights and a variety of occasional and seasonal events.

Internally at the Dewdrop you will find a large, central feature bar servery with two separate trade areas for approx.60 covers in total, the main bar houses table seating and a TV screen and the second bar provides a pool table and darts board. There is also a good sized and well-equipped trade kitchen on site, which is not currently utilised.

Externally, the Dewdrop is surrounded by a large, grassed garden with ten bench tables to the front of the property, which is well utilised by the local customers and families during the warmer weather and there is a private customer car park for approx.10 cars.

The Dewdrop is looking for new tenants immediately and it would suit a hands on operator, that will immerse themselves in to community life in Twydall. The pub is available on a standard 5-year tenancy agreement, but we will also consider applicants that may be interested in taking on either a tenancy at will or a 1-year agreement with a flexible rental structure, negotiable ingoing costs and additional business support as required.
