Located in the heart of Bristol's Old City, the hotel is right by the waterside, within easy walking distance of the prime cultural, business and shopping districts. This boutique style hotel includes 116 uniquely designed guest rooms. Our hotel is currently operating under a government exclusive use contract, and we are providing our great facilities to residents on a long-term stay basis. Due to this exclusive contract the hotel is closed to the public and is operating under a different model to your usual hotel operation.

Job Description

We are looking for a chef to join our existing team to help us deliver our breakfast, lunch and dinner service.
The team we have in place already are amazing, and we are looking for someone that would like to join this fun, exciting, and flexible working environment.
We can offer you lots of flexibility with shifts, no split shifts, and overtime is available as and when required.

Role in our Family

  •  Team player approach
  •  Passionate about food and presentation
  •  Previous kitchen experience is desirable
  •  To work flexibly (various shift patterns available)
  •  Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes within the specialty section
  •  Assisting the Head Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes
  •  Assisting with the management of health and safety
  •  Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices
  •  Managing and training any Commis Chefs
  •  Monitoring portion and waste control
  •  Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards
  •  Enthusiasm to develop your own skills and knowledge plus those around you
