Job Description

• Answering phones from prospective customers and guests, taking messages and delivering them
• Completing administrative tasks
• Responding to guests’ requests for help and provide information about the hotel
• Providing reservation services, such as booking rooms & restaurants if needed. providing information about local amenities and attractions
• Preparing amenities for all the VIP guests & celebrations guests.
• Responding guests’ feedback on all the platforms
• Assisting with post services if needed.
• Allocating guests their rooms
• Answering phones from prospective customers and guests, taking messages and delivering them
• Responding to guest requests for help and information
• Providing concierge services, such as booking restaurants and providing information about local amenities and attractions
• Maximise hotel revenue for all departments by upselling and selling hotel facilities on every occasion.
• Ensuring that AA standards are followed.
• Respond and follow up on all customer queries in a polite, friendly, and efficient manner and deal with any complaints in order to achieve guest satisfaction whilst preventing a loss of revenue.
• Be conversant with the hotel Health and Safety, Fire Safety, Departmental Fire Safety and Security procedures
