The Role

As ‘Reception Supervisor’ you will work on the Hotel Reception at this 4-star Holiday Inn hotel.

You will need prior Hotel reception experience, ideally in a supervisory role and have knowledge of Opera PMS.  If you have used other PMS systems we will provide full training.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supervising, training, coaching
  • Delivering top quality Customer service
  • First point of contact for our guests
  • Work effectively with the team and other departments
  • Checking guests in and out, processing payments
  • Good knowledge of the hotel facilities and services we offer
  • Maximising revenue through upsells and room sales
  • Administration and Technology savvy 
  • Available to work when the team and customer needs you
