The Role

As ‘Room Operations Manager’ you will be on the front line, delivering on our mission! You will assist the General Manager and/or Hotel Manager in all phases of hotel daily operations providing a superior service and product to the hotel’s guests. Ensuring a positive and safe environment for all associates as stated in the Valor Foundation document.

You will understand the importance of a fantastic first and last impression to the happiness of our guests. You will be a passionate leader with the ability to motivate, and support your team in order to meet your financial goals and keep your department running smoothly. You will have high standards when it comes to guest experience and brand standards and you will take ownership and pride in your work.
