The Role

As ‘Executive Chef’ you will be behind the scenes, delivering on our mission! The Executive Chef is charged with the duty of overseeing all the culinary operations for the food and beverage outlets. You will direct the operation of the kitchen(s), including food preparation and quality, physical maintenance, and inventory functions, to ensure hotel quality standards and revenue goals are met and food and supply costs are controlled.

You will be a passionate leader with the ability to motivate and support your team in order to exceed our guest expectations. You wi ll be a perfectionist when it comes to the presentation and preparation of food as well as maintaining excellent hygiene and safety standards.

You will take ownership and pride in your work and deliver an excellent experience to our guests.
