Are you a dynamic sales and marketing professional looking for a thrilling opportunity in the heart of the city? We're seeking an ambitious Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team here at Hilton Garden Inn Bristol, a premier city center destination due to undergoing a spectacular refurbishment in Q1 2024.

About the Role:
As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our corporate sales strategy. Your focus will be on cultivating relationships with key corporate clients, ensuring our hotel becomes their preferred choice for business and leisure stays. With a keen eye on the refurbishment, you'll play a pivotal role in showcasing our upgraded offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Business Development: Cultivate and expand relationships with corporate clients to drive business growth, particularly in the corporate travel sector.
Refurbishment Showcase: Strategically position the hotel in the corporate market, emphasizing the upcoming refurbishment and its impact on enhancing the guest experience.
Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with our corporate goals, leveraging both traditional and digital channels.
Event Minimalism: While our focus is on corporate stays, you'll strategically manage minimal meetings and events, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
Brand Ambassadorship: Be the face of our brand to corporate clients, embodying the luxury and sophistication that [Hotel Name] represents.
Collaboration: Work closely with the management team to align sales and marketing efforts with the overall business strategy.
