The Role

As ‘Sous Chef’ you will be behind the scenes, delivering on our mission!

You will be a passionate leader with the ability to motivate and support your team in order to exceed our guest expectations. You will be a perfectionist when it comes to the presentation and preparation of food as well as maintaining excellent hygiene and safety standards.

You will take ownership and pride in your work and support the Executive Chef in delivering an excellent experience to our guests.

The McLemore is a mountain-top resort community featuring an 18 hole course designed through the collaboration of Rees Jones & Bill Bergin and surrounded by tens of thousands of acres of parks and protected lands atop scenic and historic Lookout Mountain, GA.
