The Role

As ‘Sous Chef’ you will be behind the scenes, delivering on our mission! You will manage the kitchen staff in the daily production, preparation and presentation for all of the food & beverage outlets in a safe sanitary work environment which conforms to all standards and regulations and achieves profitable, competitive, quality products.

You will be a passionate leader with the ability to motivate and support your team in order to exceed our guest expectations. You will be a perfectionist when it comes to the presentation and preparation of food as well as maintaining excellent hygiene and safety standards.

You will take ownership and pride in your work and support the Executive Chef in delivering an excellent experience to our guests.
