The Role

As a ‘Conference and Events Assistant’ you’ll be on the front line, delivering on our mission!

You’ll be delivering attentive customer focused service, understand brand standards and enjoy working as part of a successful team.

Hotel Description

In a fantastic location in the heart of the UK, Crowne Plaza Nottingham is Nottingham’s largest hotel and enjoys a prime location in the heart of the city. The hotel specialises in conferences, meetings and events and has 17 air-conditioned rooms. The largest room, the Royal Suite is able to hold up to 400 guests and the hotel also has a purpose built Executive Boardroom – the ultimate in comfort, with leather chairs and a large boardroom table.

Urban Escape is the hotels brand new luxury spa designed to give guests and members something extra, a place to work out but also the perfect place to relax. The spa includes a heated swimming pool, steam room, spa, relaxation room, ice station, four treatment rooms and a fully equipped gym. The hotels also features 210 air-conditioned bedrooms including 20 Club bedrooms and three dining options including the restaurant, bar and lounge and 24 hour room service menu.
