The Role

As ‘ Area HR Director’ you will be on the front line, delivering on our mission! Reporting to the Regional Director Operations, responsible for overseeing the human resource functions and ensuring quality operation of all human resources related processes and procedures for hotels in assigned region.

Carry out various duties associated with the human resource function at the hotel(s) ensuring compliance with all company and legal policies and procedures. You will be a passionate leader with the ability to inspire, motivate, and support the team in order to positively impact the hotels people plan and drive employee engagement to deliver great results and consistently high levels of customer satisfaction. You will understand the importance of a fantastic team and the impact on our guests. 

You will have high standards when it comes to guest experience and brand standards and you will take ownership and pride in your work.
