The Role

As ‘Guest Relations Manager’ you’ll be on the front line, delivering our mission!

We need you there  to look after our Guests at peak times so the hours for this role are:

  • Friday 3pm - 11.30pm
  • Saturday 7am - 7pm
  • Sunday 7am - 3.30pm

You’ll be a passionate about your role with the ability to inspire, motivate, and support the team in order to meet your goals and keep the department running smoothly. You’ll have high standards when it comes to guest experience and brand standards and you’ll take ownership and pride in your work.

What’s in a day’s work?

  • Assisting Guests with all general enquires during their stay
  • Resolving problems
  • Ensuring all Public Areas are kept clean & tidy
  • Managing the lobby area
  • Supporting Departments as required 
  • Security Walks 
  • Delivering brand standards
  • Ideally previous Guest Relations Management experience in a hospitality setting
