As an Assistant Reception Manager, you’ll be the face of the hotel, greeting our guests day in day out. You’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll need to know our hotel like the back of your hand and have a skill for problem solving.

The Role

As ‘Assistant Reception Manager’ you’ll be on the front line, delivering on our mission!

You’ll understand the importance of a fantastic first and last impression to the happiness of our guests. You’ll be a passionate leader with the ability to motivate, and support your team in order to meet your financial goals and keep your department running smoothly. You’ll have high standards when it comes to guest experience and brand standards and you’ll take ownership and pride in your work.
