The Role
As ‘Engineering Supervisor’ you will be behind the scenes, delivering on our mission!

You will understand the importance of a fantastic first and last impression to the happiness of our guest. You will have high standards when it comes to hotel maintenance and keeping our hotel running as efficiently as possible as well as being meticulous about the health and safety of both staff and guests alike. You will be a passionate leader with the ability to motivate, and support your team in order to exceed your goals and keep your department running smoothly. You will have high standards when it comes to guest experience and brand standards and you will take ownership and pride in your work.

What’s in a day’s work?
Leadership of the Maintenance department.
General maintenance & repairs
Emergency repairs around the hotel
Maintaining high standards of health and safety
Coaching & Training
Customer service
Delivering brand standards
Working closely with all hotel departments and contractors
Administration and Technology savvy
Available to work when the team and customer needs you most
