The Role

As ‘Meetings & Events Agent’ at our Hotel you will have the potential to earn up to 20% of your salary in our Revenue Incentive Scheme which is paid out at quarterly intervals throughout the year.

If you have experience of working in a sales environment within the hospitality industry, this is a great opportunity to join a busy office who deal with a huge variety of different meetings and events throughout the year.

  • Top quality customer service

  • Take enquiries and bookings for meetings & events of various sizes
  • Proactive in seeking and converting enquiries into sales
  • Processing, amending and updating bookings as required
  • Show rounds for new and prospective customers
  • Develop lasting relationships with clients and generate repeat business
  • Communicating with your colleagues in the Hotel 
  • Maximising revenue through upselling
  • Administration and Technology savvy
