Ready to take a shot at a new career?

We’re looking for an Assistant Bar Manager that can stir, shake and mix up our team!

You’ll be responsible for helping to make sure our bar attendants are never left on the rocks and be on hand to help them progress in their career, so plenty of ex-beer-ience in a supervisory role is essential.

You’ll need to make helping to meet financial targets, monitoring costs and stock rotation as smooth as premium whisky. While also ensuring the department operates smoothly and meets all current health, safety and legal regulations should all be part of your craft.

Call us old fashioned, but we still believe that customer service is key and so our customers need to be at the heart of everything you do.

Your typical day will include:

• Provide first-class customer service
• Managing and motivating a team of staff, helping them to train and progress
• Ensuring the department operates effectively every day
• Managing budgets, stock and finances
• Maximising opportunities to sell
• Comply with statutory and company requirements
• Review and co-ordinate hygiene audits
• Help to meet hotel targets
