The position of Director of Sales and Marketing Hilton Garden Inn Birmingham is a fixed term contract covering maternity leave commencing in January 2021.  We will consider both full and part time applications.

The Role

As ‘Director of Sales’ you’ll be on the front line, delivering on our mission!

You’ll be a passionate leader with the ability to motivate, and support your team in order to exceed your commercial goals. You’ll will act as a brand/hotel ambassador, promoting the hotel and its values to existing and potential clients.

You will nurture and develop opportunities in order to drive revenue from the local area and regional markets. You will utilise sales and marketing tactics effectively to drive demand during need periods.
