POSITION PROFILE:

Responsible for setting up and breaking down each morning's breakfast buffet and giving world-class customer service which contributes to the success of the team and the entire company.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION:

  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource to our customers.
  • Ensure buffet items remain well-stocked.
  • Maintain the safety, appearance, and cleanliness of the buffet area.
  • Responsible for lightt food preparation and refilling drink containers.
  • Replenishing silverware and condiments.
  • Responsible for cleaning buffet area in preparation for the next day which includes mopping, sweeping, and washing dishes.
  • Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.

DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Three-six months prior experience in a related position.

Skills and Abilities: Ability to communicate information and hotel services to management, staff and guests.
