We are seeking a Banquet cook to join our team! You will thrive in a fast-paced environment with our skilled team to execute our curated brand of southern cuisine in The Harpeth Hotel.

You will be delivering attentive customer focused service, understand brand standards and enjoy working as part of a successful team. You will have high standards when it comes to the preparation, cooking and presentation of food as well as maintaining excellent hygiene and food safety standards.

Responsibilities:

Organize banquet Service
Supervise Banquet Operation
Ordering
Inventory
Responsible for day-to-day production for station
Planning weekly production with Chefs and team
Communicate with Chefs and teammates to execute high volume service
Check freshness and quality of ingredients
Maintaining clean workstation per the kitchen's standards
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
Producing dishes to the recipe's standards
Cleaning cooking equipment at the end of each shift
Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests
ability to assist in the restaurants
Qualifications:

Catering and Banquet experience
Large format cooking
Previous experience in culinary arts, cooking, or other related fields
Food safety knowledge
Passion for food and desire to raise the culinary bar
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Available to work when the customer needs you
