Opened in May 2025, The Standard, Brussels brings 180 rooms, a rooftop garden, and a greenhouse‑style lobby to the city’s Northern Quarter. Designed as a hub for culture and connection, the hotel blends contemporary hospitality with the brand’s signature edge. Throughout the building, a collection of public and private event spaces hosts a steady rhythm of gatherings, collaborations, and cultural moments. Since 1999, The Standard has focused on thoughtful design, community, and experiences that feel anything but standard.
We’re looking for engaged, curious trainees ready for a minimum 3‑month school internship in an environment that values creativity and individuality. SUMMARY OF INTERNSHIP:
Strategically coordinate revenue management processes and procedures to maximize revenue from each hotel room.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process reservation requests
- Help and inform customers
- Draft offers
- Collect and process modifications (e.g. cancellations) and find alternatives/ solutions.
- Compile and forward booking reports to other departments, including arrival data (length of stay, number of rooms, means of payment, services requested, etc.).
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of prices/promotions in the various systems (CRS, PMS and our website).
- Assist with group and individual inventory controls.
- Collaborate with Revenue & Reservations Manager.
With time, you’ll have the opportunity to take on more advanced responsibilities, such as:
- Identify additional sales opportunities.
- Support the Revenue Manager in monitoring key account production.
- Assist in the analysis of strategies, room statistics, and demand factors.
- Participate in competitor and demand analysis.
- Work with the Revenue Manager to implement new initiatives.
- Make recommendations for future strategies.

- With good French and English Level
