Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our 3 Rossette Restaurant. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a key part of our dedicated team, working in a professional and friendly environment, with training and career development opportunities. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Guiding the team and providing the highest level of service to every guest  
• Lead the service 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with a team and guests
• People management and leadership 
• Ability to be flexible and adjust to high level 

Required skills and experience:

• Experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager would be great, but not essential
• understanding of 5* service
• Good team player, flexible and adaptable
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
