Graduate Trainee

The Graduates at Luxury Family Hotels is our exciting leadership programme for Graduates looking to build thriving careers in hospitality - we want to turn fresh talent into remarkable hospitality professionals. Your 12-month programme offers an unparalleled level of variety and exposure. Being attached to one of our hotels for the entirety of your operational training means you will fully immerse yourself in its operational structures, showing you how each department fits together to create a polished package. This will be combined with regular mentorship from one of our senior leadership team, and off the job training under our Institute of Hospitality accredited training scheme. You will have the opportunity to work on a sustainability project, contributing to our commitment to keeping our locations beautiful.

Here’s what your journey entails:
• Eight months of operational training in one location in up to three of the following departments: Reception, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Wellness, Maintenance, Kitchen, and The Den (creche)
• Two months in one of our central office teams of your choice: Central Reservations & Revenue, Human Resources , Learning & Development, IT, Marketing and Finance
• Two months in a supervisory role, where you will hone your hospitable managerial skills
• Ongoing off the job training
• A local sustainability project of your choosing

What we’re looking for:
To successfully fill this role we are looking for an individual who has graduated within the last 2 years in any subject. Someone who holds very strong passion for the hospitality industry, impeccable attention to detail, ability to juggle responsibilities and can master the art of greeting guests in a relaxed, yet professional manner. We need you to anticipate then exceed our guests expectations, be willing to learn, plus personality is key - we want to get to know you!

Your application timeline:
· Applications close at the end of May, we will review all applications after the deadline
· Phone interviews will take place throughout early June
· Successful candidates could then be invited to an Assessment Centre at the end of June with offers made shortly after
