The Role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead technically complex communications projects from concept through to delivery.

Reporting into the Communications Programme Manager, you will manage multi-year projects, oversee governance and performance, and coordinate stakeholders and suppliers to ensure successful delivery against quality, cost, and schedule requirements.

Hybrid – Weymouth & Home Based (with some travel as required)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex communications projects
  • Manage project governance, risk, quality, and compliance
  • Track performance through dashboards, reporting, and business reviews
  • Manage stakeholders, customers, and third-party suppliers
  • Ensure alignment to service level agreements and contractual obligations
  • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes

Skills & Experience

  • Prince2 Practitioner or APM PMQ qualified (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience managing IT / defence / technical projects end-to-end
  • Strong understanding of ITIL4 / ITSM and service delivery principles
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working in regulated or defence environments desirable
  • Ability to obtain DV clearance
  • Ex-military background welcomed
