Salary: 11.55 per hour plus generous charge

This is a permanent full-time position at 40 hours per week, days and hours can be flexible, but will include some evenings and weekends. This role will be paid at the hourly rate of £11.55, plus generous service charge.

Role Overview:

As a Spa Attendant, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our spa facilities are pristine, organized, and welcoming. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will contribute to our guests' overall relaxation experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming Guests: Be a friendly face that greets guests while using the leisure facilities and assist clients with queries or questions.
  • Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure the pool, changing rooms, treatment rooms and relaxation lounge are kept clean and tidy. Refill amenities such as towels, robes, slippers, shampoo, soap, and lotion, and conduct regular inspections to ensure the spa is spotless.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other staff members to maintain a seamless spa experience and communicate any maintenance or cleanliness issues promptly. Support massage therapists during treatments (e.g., preparing rooms, restocking supplies).
To be successful in this role we are looking for someone who has:

• Attention to Detail: You notice the smallest speck of dust and take pride in maintaining a pristine environment.
• Customer Service Skills: Friendly, approachable, and eager to make guests feel comfortable.
• Organisational Skills: Keep things orderly and efficient.
• Flexibility: Willing to adapt to changing needs and work collaboratively.
• Physical Stamina: The role involves standing, walking, and lifting.
