About Us: Woolley Grange, part of Luxury Family Hotels, reopens mid-October after a beautiful refurbishment and will feature a brand-new, state-of-the-art induction kitchen designed for culinary excellence. Join our team and help shape the next chapter of this much-loved Wiltshire retreat.

The Role: We are now seeking a talented and passionate Pastry Chef - the most creative and fun role in the kitchen! As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for crafting delightful pastries and desserts that leave a lasting impression on our guests. Your creativity and attention to detail will shine as you design and prepare sweet treats to contemporary desserts.

This a permanent role, at 48 hours per week (including weekends), paying a salary of £37,312 per annum plus generous service charge and a brilliant benefit package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and prepare a variety of desserts, pastries, and confections.
  • Develop new and innovative recipes from development of the afternoon teas to Christmas masterpieces.
  • Staying up-to-date with culinary trends in pastry and dessert arts.
  • Collaborate with the Head chef and kitchen team to create cohesive and delightful dining experiences.

To succeed in this role we are looking for someone who has:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
  • Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, including baking, decorating, and presentation.
  • Creativity and innovation in recipe development, with a passion for experimenting with flavours and textures.
