Group Social Media & Content Manager

We are seeking an innovative and highly creative Group Social Media & Content Manager to lead and elevate the social media presence for The Doyle Collection.

About the Role:

As Group Social Media & Content Manager, you will develop and implement a dynamic social media strategy that drives brand awareness, engagement, revenue, and reputation across our portfolio. You will craft compelling stories and create inspiring content that motivates audiences to follow, engage, and book with us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media plan across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels, setting clear objectives and KPIs to increase engagement, reach, and conversions.
• Lead the creative content strategy by producing and commissioning high-quality video, photography, and storytelling that capture the unique luxury and experience of The Doyle Collection hotels.
• Drive and optimise paid social marketing campaigns in collaboration with digital marketing teams and property marketing colleagues to maximise conversion and ROI.
• Manage community engagement and social listening via tools like Sprout, driving strong audience loyalty and delivering exceptional customer interactions with warmth and professionalism.
• Co-ordinate the social media content calendar and scheduling, ensuring timely and compelling content delivery aligned with our overall strategy.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, hotel management, and PR agencies to ensure social media is fully integrated into multi-channel campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Capture and promote the distinctive atmosphere of our hotels — from personalised hospitality and luxurious accommodations to our vibrant bars, cultural connections, and sustainability commitments.
• Commission professional videographers and photographers while also generating and curating original content ideas to maintain a rich, authentic brand narrative.
• Maximise content value by repurposing and distributing assets across digital, editorial, CRM, and press platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and innovations to keep The Doyle Collection at the forefront of the industry.
• Oversee and manage the online photography portal to ensure seamless content access and usage across the group.
