Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Breakfast Chef to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys creating high-quality breakfast dishes and takes pride in delivering exceptional food and service to our guests.

Working in a busy hotel environment, you will play a key role in ensuring every guest starts their day with a delicious and well-presented breakfast.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a range of hot and cold breakfast dishes to a high standard.
• Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet and kitchen service area.
• Ensure all food is prepared in line with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and stock rotation.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
• Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining quality.
• Support the wider kitchen team with food preparation when required.
• Deliver excellent standards of customer service through quality food presentation.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef, Chef de Partie, or similar role.
• A passion for fresh, high-quality food.
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• A positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays.
