Job Description
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Porter to join our busy hotel kitchen. This is a vital role within our team, helping to ensure the kitchen operates efficiently and maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Whether you have previous experience or are looking to start a career in hospitality, we would love to hear from you.
This is a casual role to support on matchdays and events
Key Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised kitchen environment.
- Assist with basic food preparation as directed by the chefs.
- Dispose of waste and recycling safely and efficiently.
- Receive and store deliveries in line with food safety procedures.
- Clean kitchen surfaces, floors, storage areas, and equipment.
- Ensure all health, safety, and food hygiene standards are followed.
- Support the kitchen team with general duties as required.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Previous experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
