Breakfast Chef De Partie

We are looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our Main Kitchen team, focusing on breakfast service.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and present high-quality breakfast dishes
Run your section efficiently during morning service
Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef
Maintain food hygiene and safety standards
Control portions and minimise waste
Assist in training junior team members

Requirements

Experience as Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef
Experience in breakfast or high-volume service preferred
Ability to work early shifts and under pressure
Strong attention to detail and passion for food
