Group Sales Coordinator

As a Group Sales Coordinator, you will provide administrative and operational support to the Group Sales team to ensure the efficient execution of departmental responsibilities and client initiatives. In this role, you will assist with the coordination of group bookings, support the sales process, and contribute to the seamless management of projects, timelines, and internal communications.

You will play a key role in maintaining organization across the department: managing documentation, preparing materials, and ensuring information is accurate and distributed appropriately. Working on behalf of the Group Sales team, you will help monitor deadlines, support client correspondence, and review materials prior to submission to uphold professional and brand standards.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, technical, and organizational skills, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Please note this position is full-time and requires schedule flexibility to meet business needs.
