As a Bartender at 108, you will be at the heart of creating unforgettable guest experiences. With your passion for exceptional service, cocktails, wine, and great food, you'll deliver warm, personalised hospitality that makes every guest feel welcome. You'll take pride in crafting outstanding drinks, sharing your knowledge with confidence, and helping guests discover new favourites. Working closely with your colleagues, you'll contribute to a positive team culture while supporting the success of our Food & Beverage operation by consistently exceeding guest expectations and helping achieve our revenue and profitability goals.

Key responsiblites include:

• To serve guests in a friendly and efficient manner and ensure that the guest receives their order to specified standard within the appropriate time.
• To have Expert knowledge of the menus available and be able to describe the ingredients, presentation and garnishes and make recommendations where appropriate.
• Consistent delivery of the brand and proud values during yours and your team’s interactions with the guests.
• To be aware of regular guests and encourage repeat business by offering a personalised service experience at every opportunity.
• To attend and participate in pre and post shift Proud briefings / team meetings to encourage open communication and team work.
• Proactive maximisation of revenue through up-selling whilst delivering world-class service to your guests.
