The Doyle Collection is seeking a highly organised and proactive Commercial Executive to provide dedicated support to our Chief Commercial Officer. This pivotal role involves preparing comprehensive Sales and Marketing materials, managing senior-level meetings and communications, and co-ordinating commercial activities across multiple luxury hotel properties. The successful candidate will ensure effective tracking of commercial initiatives and support leadership reporting to enhance the performance of the Commercial team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and assist in the development of Sales & Marketing presentations, partnership proposals, and commercial decks aligned with strategic objectives
- Manage scheduling, agendas, and documentation for Commercial meetings led by the CCO, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up
- Support the preparation of accurate and insightful board-level and leadership reports
- Co-ordinate cross-property communication to maintain alignment across all hotels within the Doyle Collection
- Track key action points across Sales, Marketing, and Revenue teams, ensuring accountability and timely completion
- Liaise effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate collaboration
- Organise and support commercial events, conferences, and workshops across properties
- Monitor project timelines and deadlines, proactively escalating risks or delays to the CCO
- Maintain and update commercial documentation, contracts, and databases in accordance with company policies and compliance standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback and data analysis
- Provide occasional administrative support including travel arrangements, expense claims, and correspondence management
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong reporting and data analysis capabilities
- Experienced in presentation software including Microsoft PowerPoint and Canva
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and hotel management systems such as Opera, Channel Managers, and revenue management tools
- Sound understanding of hospitality KPIs including Occupancy, ADR, REVPAR, and distribution channels
