In this role, you will oversee the guest journey, anticipate needs, resolve issues with confidence and professionalism, and ensure every guest enjoys a personalised and memorable stay. You will collaborate closely with all departments to maintain the highest service standards and elevate our reputation for excellence.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, proven experience in luxury environments, and the ability to remain composed in a fast paced setting. Exceptional communication, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction are essential.

The role includes Executive Assistant responsibilities supporting the General Manager
