Job Description

As a Reception Manager for the 108 Brasserie, you will be a passionate foodie who loves going the extra mile to make sure our guests have an amazing dining experience and leave wanting to come back again and again.

The Reception Manager position is a key role in driving covers into the 108 Brasserie in order to maximise capacity and revenue You will oversee the operational performance of the hosts team as well as to oversee the recruit, training and development of your team.

The 108 Brasserie at the Marylebone Hotel 

Set in the heart of Marylebone, 108 Brasserie, houses two distinctive areas; the bar, a chic and sophisticated drinking and dining area and the brasserie's dining space, where its modern global cuisine take centre stage. Its idyllic terrace - lavishly adorned with green foliage - provides a tranquil spot to sit back and enjoy the British summertime. The interiors, designed by Alexander Waterworth Interiors, reflect 108 Brasserie's traditional style with a modern twist. Rich red leather and burnt orange mohair upholstery combined with beautiful parquet and a dark stained oak bar creates a stylish and inviting environment.
