Cook 3

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Cook 3 who takes pride in creating high-quality dishes and thrives in a collaborative kitchen environment. As part of our culinary team, you will play a key role in preparing fresh, visually appealing, and flavourful food while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation.

In this role, you will support a variety of outlets including Pembroke Restaurant, our all-day dining venue serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as in-room dining, Doyle Bar, and banqueting operations. You will be responsible for preparing menu items in line with established recipes and presentation standards, while contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen.

We are seeking enthusiastic, well-rounded candidates who are flexible, reliable, and enjoy working as part of a team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working a varied schedule, including both morning and evening shifts, depending on business needs.
