Festive Season Host

The Westbury is seeking a warm, welcoming and professional Festive Season Host to join our team for the Christmas season. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will create a memorable arrival experience and guide them to our restaurants, bars and seasonal events.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Provide a genuine, friendly welcome to all guests

Assist with directions to hotel outlets and festive experiences

Maintain a polished, professional presence within the lobby

Deliver exceptional guest service at all times

 

About You:

Excellent communication and people skills

Well-presented, engaging and guest-focused

Able to work full-time with flexibility across the festive period
